Nova materials are built to last and to age gracefully. A little attention keeps fruit leather and textiles looking their best for years.
Everyday cleaning
Wipe fruit leather with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking. For textiles, spot clean with cool water and a mild, pH-neutral soap.
Conditioning
Every few months, apply a thin layer of natural, wax-free conditioner to fruit leather to keep it supple. Buff gently with a dry cloth.
Storage
Keep materials away from prolonged direct sunlight and heat. Store flat or loosely rolled — never tightly folded — to avoid permanent creasing.
Spills & stains
Blot immediately; do not rub. Fruit leather is naturally water-resistant but not waterproof. Let it air dry away from radiators.
End of life
Nova fruit leather is biodegradable. When a piece has truly reached the end, return it to us and we will compost or recycle it responsibly.
